Contact
One address, read by the person who drew the stands. There is no help desk, no ticket number and no chat widget waiting to take your details before it tells you anything.
Answered within 2 working days. There is no phone line — one person cannot answer a phone and run a printer, and a number nobody picks up is worse than no number.
What to put in it
Any of these will do as a first line. The point of the detail is that the first reply is an answer rather than a request for more information.
Will it fit my machine?
Give us the make, model and year if you know it. If your machine is not one of the six, say so anyway — the list of what people actually own is what decides the seventh stand.
Ask about fitI think a dimension is wrong
This is the most useful email we can get. A photograph of your machine's underside beside a steel rule settles a dimension for good, and we will say on the page that it came from you.
Send a measurementI need to return something
Order number, and one photograph of the machine on the stand if it is a fit problem. You do not need to explain why you changed your mind.
Start a returnI would test one
Tell us which machine you own. We will share the prototype details and agree printing and shipping with you, and what you find goes straight into the drawing.

Before you write
Most questions are already answered in more detail than an email would give them: how returns work and what is still undecided about shipping.
