Returns
You have 14 days from delivery to send a stand back for any reason at all, and you do not have to give one. If it did not fit, we also pay the postage to return it.
Last updated 16 September 2026.
The short version
- 14 days to change your mind from the day the parcel arrives. No reason needed.
- If it does not fit, we pay the return postage. Every stand is cut for one named machine, so fit is the one thing we carry the cost of getting wrong.
- Changed your mind for any other reason? Same 14 days, same full refund — you cover the postage back.
- Faulty or damaged is not a return at all — it is a repair, replacement or refund, and it runs for years rather than days.
Your right to withdraw
Buying online from a trader gives you a statutory right to cancel within 14 days, without giving any reason and without penalty. The period runs from the day you — or somebody you nominate — take physical possession of the goods. If an order arrives in more than one parcel, it runs from the last one.
Telling you this right exists is not a courtesy. A trader who never mentions it does not escape it: the 14-day window extends to twelve months and fourteen days. This page is that notice, and it is linked from the footer of every page on the site for the same reason.
To use it, tell us clearly that you are cancelling — an email saying so is enough. You can use the form at the bottom of this page, but you are not obliged to. Sending the notice before the deadline is what matters; the parcel itself can follow.
We do not claim the made-to-order exception
The law lets a trader refuse cancellation on goods made to a consumer’s own specification or clearly personalised. Our stands are printed after you order them, which is exactly the sort of fact a shop reaches for when it wants to keep your money.
We are not going to. A stand for an MPC One is the same stand for every MPC One; nothing about it is specified by you. You get the full 14 days, and if we ever offer something genuinely bespoke — an engraving, a colour mixed to order — that item will say on its own page that the exception applies, before you pay.
Who pays the postage back
If the stand does not fit the machine it was sold for — the feet do not land on the rails, the device fouls the stops, the width is wrong — we pay. Send us a photograph of it on the stand, and either we arrange the label or we refund what you spent on one.
If it is faulty, damaged in transit, or not what the page described, we pay.
If you simply do not want it, the statutory default applies and the return postage is yours. We will tell you what it costs to send back before you commit to it.
Either way, please send it back within 14 days of telling us you are cancelling, with the printed parts, the fasteners and the cushions in the box.
What the refund covers
Everything you paid us, including the standard outbound delivery charge. If you chose a faster or more expensive delivery service than our cheapest standard option, we refund the standard rate and not the premium — that part is the law’s arithmetic, not ours.
We refund within 14 days of receiving the goods back, or of receiving proof that you have sent them, whichever comes first. It goes back to the method you paid with, and it costs you nothing to receive.
Handling the stand before you send it back
You are entitled to handle a returned item as much as you would in a shop: unpack it, assemble it, put your machine on it, look at it in the room. That is the entire point of a fit test and we are not going to penalise you for doing one.
What the law allows us to deduct for is handling that goes beyond establishing what the thing is and how it works — a scratched or repainted panel, a stripped screw recess, a cushion cut to size. If we ever propose a deduction we will say exactly what it is for, with a photograph, and you can tell us we are wrong.
Faulty, damaged, or not as described
This is separate from cancelling and lasts far longer. Goods have to match their description, be fit for purpose and be of satisfactory quality. Where they are not, you are entitled to a repair, a replacement or a refund — and for a short period after delivery, to reject the item outright.
A printed part that cracks under the weight it was sold to carry is a fault, not wear. Tell us and we will replace it. Tell us even if the 14 days are long gone.
Cancelling before it ships
Stands are printed to order, so the earlier you tell us, the less there is to unwind — but you can cancel at any point before dispatch and we will refund in full without asking why.
How to start a return
Email cam@diorite.pro with your order number and, if it is a fit problem, one photograph of the machine sitting on the stand. We answer within 2 working days.
The photograph is not a hurdle. It is the most useful thing anyone can send us: it tells us whether a dimension we drew to is wrong, and that correction is worth more to us than the stand.
If we cannot agree
Tell us plainly and we will look again. Beyond that, you can take a dispute to an alternative dispute resolution body or to the courts in your own country of residence — a consumer never loses the protection of their home law by buying from abroad.
The European Commission's online dispute resolution platform closed in July 2025. Any policy still linking it is quoting a page that no longer exists, which is why there is no link here.
Model cancellation form
You do not have to use this. Any clear statement will do. It is here because the law says we must make one available, and because sometimes a template is simply easier than composing a sentence.

Nothing here reduces the rights you have by law. Where this page and a consumer statute disagree, the statute wins and we will read it that way without being asked.
